No. Web reports can include DOM replay. Server and native reports do not create browser replay, and a web report can lack the events needed to reconstruct one.

No. BugTape supplies the evidence. Your agent still needs access to your code and tests, and your team decides what ships.

Any plan, Free included. On Free and Prepaid credits, each agent read of a bug costs 2 credits; on Pro, reads are free. Your MCP client connects to https://app.bugtape.ai/mcp over HTTP. Clients that support MCP sign-in, such as Claude Code, Cursor and Codex, need only the URL and sign in with OAuth. Other clients use an agent token from Team → Add an agent. Capture keys cannot authenticate MCP.

No. Free is the only limited plan. With prepaid credits you get every Pro limit and feature: 5,000 new issues a month, unlimited projects, 10 members, 30-day evidence and agent access. The difference is how you pay: prepaid packs with no monthly subscription, or $29 a month with 10,000 credits included and agent reads free.

There are two limits. When your credits run out, capture continues, and AI analysis and paid agent reads pause until you buy credits or the month resets. When a workspace reaches its monthly new-issue allowance (100 on Free, 5,000 on Pro and Prepaid credits), BugTape refuses reports until the 1st of next month. On Free, buying credits raises the allowance to 5,000.

Prices are in US dollars. Checkout shows your local currency and adds any sales tax, VAT or GST for your country. Payments go through Link, Stripe’s checkout, which is the seller of record: it collects the tax and sends your receipt, and your card statement shows LINK.COM with BugTape.

$10 buys 2,000 credits. One credit captures one new issue, so $10 covers 2,000 new issues, or 1,000 agent reads of a bug. Credits never expire. Each agent read of a bug’s captured events (the reproduction) costs 2 credits. Other agent reads are free. Pro includes 10,000 credits each month, so it costs less per credit if your agents work every week.

Only when you buy. You need no card to start. You pay in Stripe’s checkout when you buy credits or start Pro, and Pro renews monthly until you cancel it. Set a monthly spending limit in Billing, and any credit pack that would go over it is refused.

The current Swift path supports handled errors and breadcrumbs. Browser replay is not part of native capture. Fatal native crash capture and symbolication are not claimed.
